Destroyed Word, by internationally
renowned Spanish artist Santiago Sierra. Te Tuhi was one of 10
commissioning partners around the world that contributed
to Destroyed Word by erecting a giant 3m-high letter
and filming its destruction. United as a multichannel video
installation, the letters spell a word referencing the demise of
the global economy. Te Tuhi is the second in the world and the only
New Zealand venue for Destroyed World on its international
tour.
